The team is led by Shubhra Saxena, a Gold Medalist in M.Sc. Foods and Nutrition from Rani Durgavati University, Jabalpur, who brings expertise in educational pedagogy, curriculum development, and child psychology. Her vision, rooted in NEP 2020, drives the creation of Teaching Learning Materials (TLMs), DIY educational kits, and inclusive tools that support foundational literacy, numeracy, and early childhood development. She ensures all products are academically robust and inclusive of learners with special needs.

Alongside her is Amit Saxena, a veteran in scientific instrumentation with over 20 years of experience. A graduate of the Indo-Swiss Training Centre (CSIO–CSIR), Chandigarh, he oversees production, R&D, and quality assurance, ensuring that our scientific lab equipment, TVET kits, and engineering models meet stringent safety and classroom standards. His leadership has expanded our reach across India and into international markets.

Amit Saxena, Co-founder and Registered Partner, is a trained Instrumentation Technologist from the prestigious Indo-Swiss Training Centre (CSIO–CSIR), Chandigarh, with over two decades of experience in scientific equipment manufacturing, quality control, and technical systems integration. His deep knowledge of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics lab equipment is complemented by his ability to engineer TVET kits, fluid mechanics setups, and electronics training systems. He leads the company's R&D, production, and quality assurance divisions, ensuring every tool meets safety standards and is classroom-ready. His expertise has helped A.S. International scale nationwide and expand into markets such as Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
