Our Team

At A.S. International, our team is the driving force behind our mission to redefine education through hands-on learning, pedagogical innovation, and inclusive design. We are proud to be powered by a multidisciplinary team of educators, scientific experts, curriculum developers, engineers, technologists, and field specialists who work collaboratively to craft impactful educational experiences. Each member brings unique expertise, shared values, and a passion for transforming how knowledge is delivered and absorbed across diverse learning environments.

Our education specialists and curriculum designers form the academic foundation of our organization. With strong backgrounds in child development, early education, and instructional design, they ensure every product is curriculum-aligned, age-appropriate, and impactful. They embed principles from the 5E Learning Model and Howard Gardner’s Multiple Intelligences Theory, ensuring our solutions meet various learning styles and cognitive needs.

Complementing them are our highly trained scientific and technical professionals, who lead the design of our Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics lab instruments, along with TVET kits for mechanics, electronics, and renewable energy. Their designs undergo rigorous testing to meet classroom safety, durability, and usability standards.

Our technology division—including developers, digital content creators, and product engineers—builds tools like the EchoRead Pen, interactive TLMs, and sensor-based learning aids. They ensure our offerings are multilingual, scalable, and compatible across all infrastructure levels, supporting both rural and urban settings.

The field operations team includes training specialists and educational consultants who liaise directly with institutions. They oversee implementation, conduct workshops, and collect feedback—ensuring smooth deployment and measurable classroom impact across India's educational spectrum.

Our design and production unit works with R&D to prototype, assemble, and deliver high-quality educational kits and lab equipment. Proudly Made in India and part of a DPIIT-recognised startup, our products uphold quality, relevance, and innovation.

Our field operations team includes training experts, implementation managers, and educational consultants who engage directly with schools, institutions, and NGOs. They play a crucial role in onboarding educators, conducting product demonstrations, and gathering classroom feedback to ensure our offerings deliver measurable learning outcomes. Their constant engagement ensures we stay connected to the ground realities of India’s diverse education landscape.

We are also supported by an in-house design and production unit that works seamlessly with our R&D team to prototype, assemble, and deliver high-quality educational kits and scientific tools. Every product is manufactured in India, in alignment with our Make in India values and our recognition as a DPIIT-certified startup.

With an inclusive mix of seasoned professionals and young innovators, our team bridges experience with fresh perspective.
