Together, they form the strategic backbone of the company, guiding its vision to become a trusted name in hands-on learning solutions, STEM education tools, and NCERT-aligned educational kits both in India and globally.

Shubhra Saxena, Co-founder and Director, is a distinguished academic and education strategist with a Gold Medal in MSc Foods and Nutrition from Rani Durgavati University, Jabalpur. With a strong foundation in pedagogy and child development, she leads the academic and curriculum design initiatives at A.S. International. Her expertise lies in developing Teaching Learning Materials (TLMs) and DIY educational kits fully aligned with NEP 2020 and mapped to school syllabi across various boards. She focuses on experiential tools for early childhood education, foundational literacy and numeracy, and students with special learning needs. Under her leadership, the company has expanded into government and private schools, NGOs, and CSR-led education programs.

Amit Saxena, Co-founder and Director, is a seasoned engineer with a specialization in Instrument Technology from the Indo-Swiss Training Centre (CSIO–CSIR), Chandigarh. With over two decades of experience in scientific equipment manufacturing, lab instrumentation, and technical product development, he oversees the company’s entire manufacturing and quality control operations. He leads the creation of high-precision laboratory equipment for Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics, serving thousands of schools and colleges across India. He also heads the development of TVET lab tools, fluid mechanics models, engineering demonstrators, and renewable energy kits, ensuring alignment with industrial standards and classroom safety. His expertise in lab design and scalable production has made A.S. International a trusted name in domestic & international markets.

Anika Saxena, Chief Technology Officer (CTO), represents the company’s innovation and digital transformation vision. Currently in her final year of B.Tech in Computer Science at VIT Vellore, Anika brings cutting-edge technical knowledge, creativity, and a deep understanding of learner-centered technology. She leads initiatives in digital learning integration, including interactive educational content, sensor-based devices, and AI-powered classroom tools. She is also spearheading development of the company’s e-learning interfaces, blended learning platforms, and smart classroom applications, aligned with Digital India and NEP 2020.

The combined leadership gives A.S. International a rare blend of academic insight, technical precision, and modern innovation. Their complementary strengths enable the company to provide a complete ecosystem of educational solutions—from concept to classroom. Under their guidance, the company maintains strong relationships with schools, engineering institutes, government departments, vocational training centers, and CSR foundations, ensuring widespread implementation of learning tools.
